As a professional, you may be asked to assess students as they complete tests, procedures, or provide feedback on their competencies, overall professionalism and well-being.

Students are encouraged to capture responses in real time (using the PebblePocket App or Pebble+ (online account), to reduce delays in feedback being recorded. However we understand that, as education and healthcare professionals, you have demanding and varied responsibilities. Therefore, if meeting in person is not convenient, students can share assets with you so you can complete them remotely. Please note, this guidance is for those with External accounts in PebblePad. If you are not sure which type of account you hold contact LTS using the email address at the bottom of the page.

As mentioned above there are two ways for you to complete assets (forms) for students:

Method 1 - Complete in person (using PebblePocket or Pebble+)

You do not need an account to complete an asset in person. Arrange a date and time to meet with the student in person and the student will open the relevant asset on their mobile device and share it with you. Complete all assessor/tutor fields (entering N/A where applicable), as incomplete assets will be rejected. Finally, sign off the asset by adding your name, email address, and signature, then lock it.

Method 2 - Complete remotely (via email/workspace access)

If you cannot meet the student in person, provide a professional email address so the student can email the asset (those with the ‘Email’ prefix) using the Share with External Assessor option.
