As a student at St George's you will have access to the below core learning technology:

Canvas

Your Virtual Learning Environment which is central for your learning and assessment journeys. You will be able to find all your learning content (learning objectives, Power Points, activities, resources etc) and assessment tasks such as quizzes and written submissions (essays, reports etc).

Panopto

The chosen video recording and storage solution for all things video. Your academic teams will be using this to produce video content to support your learning, enrich new knowledge with chunking content down and you may be required to upload video content.

Office 365

As a student you get full access to the suite of Microsoft tools.

MS Teams

Communication and collaboration tool which some teaching will be delivered through.

Myprogress

Online app which is used for students undertaking placement on MBBS, Radiography, Physician Associates and logging clinical skills on Clinical Pharmacology. It will allow you to sign off key competencies that are vital to passing your chosen course.

PebblePad

PebblePad is the institution's new ePortfolio system, which you can use to gather evidence of your competencies while on clinical placement, reflect on your learning, and document extra-curricular activities and achievements to support your learning and future employability.

Mentimeter

Live polling tool to engage the audience in sessions and an opportunity for you to test your knowledge. Your academics will let know when this is used, all you need is access to the internet and an up to date browser.

Lockdown Browser

App used for online/remote exams to prevent students' access to learning resources while taking the exam. You will be notified in advance if your exam requires Lockdown Browser.
